You can reuse this for your journal by editing the specific entries in the CLS file for name (do a Search and Replace of 'jroi' for your journal's initials, copyright holder [line 213] and colour (something different that you prefer) [line 406, 408]. You will need to change the first line in MAIN.TEX from '\documentclass[JROI,PDF]{jroi}' to reflect your journal.
